April Morris is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a lifelong passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned both her BSN and MSN from Texas Tech University, went on to complete a second MSN as a Nurse Practitioner at Maryville University, and achieved her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Chatham University. With a strong foundation in education and clinical experience, April brings both advanced knowledge and a personal touch to every patient she serves.Beyond her professional role, April is proud to call Whitesboro/Collinsville home. She and her husband, Michael, have one grown son, Spencer, and share a busy but joy-filled life on their small farm with their four golden retrievers, two donkeys, and ten chickens. Her love of small-town life and community connection is the heart of Hometown Primary Care and Wellness, where neighbors are treated like family.
